These Terms & Conditions apply to all 1:1 coaching and strategy calls booked through our website. By booking a session, you agree to the following:
1. Service Provided
- The service consists of a live, one-to-one strategy call (via Zoom or another agreed platform) lasting approximately 60 minutes.
- Calls will cover areas such as content advice, growth strategies, monetisation, and brand collaboration guidance.
2. Booking & Payment
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your session.
- You will receive confirmation of your booking by email with details of your scheduled time.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to support@wegotyouagency.com
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded.
- If you miss your scheduled call without notice, your session will be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, and will always provide as much notice as possible.
4. Refund Policy
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for services. However, by booking a call to take place within this period, you consent to immediate service delivery and agree to waive your right to cancel.
- Once the session has been delivered, the service is considered fully provided and no refunds will be issued.
5. Confidentiality
- Any personal or business information shared during the call will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6. No Guarantees
- All advice, strategies, and guidance provided during the call are based on industry experience and best practices.
- Results are not guaranteed and depend on your own actions, decisions, and implementation.
7. Intellectual Property
- Any resources, templates, or follow-up materials provided remain the intellectual property of WGY Limited and are licensed for personal use only.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any business losses, financial decisions, or outcomes resulting from the advice given during the session.
