Hello, I'm Kelsey, the CEO of WGY Agency. My journey began with a degree in Media and Journalism, followed by several years at ITV studios, where I climbed the ranks from Junior to Producer level on prime-time TV shows. However, my true passion lay in the ever-evolving world of influencer marketing and the power of social media. This passion led me to the PR and Celebrity world as an Account Manager, within six months, I was making my mark, forging connections with global brands and influencers.
In 2019, inspired by the incredible journey of matching influencers with brands, I founded WGY Agency. Since then, we've expanded into a dynamic team of five, and in 2022, we proudly launched our Academy, which has been a tremendous success. As we look forward to 2024, I'm excited about the incredible growth and opportunities on the horizon. Join us on this exciting journey with WGY Agency!
I'm Georgia & I’m the General Manager at WGY. My influencer Marketing journey began in 2022 when I joined WGY as a Talent Executive and I can't begin to explain how much I've loved every minute of working with our fantastic team!

I'm passionate about TikTok because it allows our creators to unleash their creativity, and I take pride in supporting them on this exciting journey.
I’m Sophie the Brands and Accounts Executive here at WGY Agency. I come from a dancing background - performing in places like the o2 arena and lords cricket ground. I have a love for social media and being creative, leading me to join WGY and work alongside some amazing brands.
